    Achieving the position of Executive at Central Retail Vietnam was a significant milestone in my career. It marked the transition from being a designer focused solely on technical execution to taking on greater responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.

    In this new role, I was no longer just designing—I was making decisions that directly impacted brand identity, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. The scope of my work expanded beyond creativity, requiring a deeper understanding of business objectives, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration.

    One of the biggest challenges was learning to balance multiple projects while ensuring consistency and quality in every piece of work. Managing deadlines, coordinating with different teams, and aligning creative ideas with strategic goals required a level of professionalism and adaptability that I had to develop quickly.

    Beyond the technical and strategic aspects, becoming an Executive also helped me grow as a leader. I learned the importance of communication, teamwork, and taking ownership of my work. Every project became an opportunity to refine not only my design skills but also my ability to think critically and contribute to the bigger picture.

    Looking back, this role was a defining moment that reinforced my confidence and professional capabilities. It proved that growth comes from stepping out of comfort zones and embracing new challenges. As I continue on this journey, I remain committed to learning, improving, and making meaningful contributions in the field of design.

    My journey into the world of graphic design began in high school, where I first developed a passion for visual creativity. While many of my peers were still exploring different career paths, I was certain that design was what I wanted to pursue.

    During those years, I dedicated myself to learning the fundamentals of design, experimenting with various software, and refining my skills. This early exposure gave me a solid foundation and the confidence to take the next step toward a professional career.

    Right after graduation, I secured an internship at Multimedia JSC, an opportunity that marked the beginning of my real-world experience in the industry. The transition from student to intern was challenging—tight deadlines, high expectations, and a fast-paced working environment pushed me beyond my comfort zone. However, these challenges were also invaluable learning experiences. I gained hands-on knowledge, improved my technical skills, and understood the realities of working in a professional setting.

    More importantly, my time at Multimedia JSC taught me that graphic design is more than just creativity; it requires adaptability, problem-solving, and an ability to work under pressure. Every project I worked on, every piece of feedback I received, and every mistake I made contributed to my growth as a designer.
